I had a pretty fun week that included playing foosball, drinking beers and eating chicken wings at a Irish pub with friends. I've kept my promise and I've been cooking more at home. The whole cooking process is relaxing! I like to make experiments in the kitchen and the other day I made something I called a omeletadilla, which is an omelet inside a quesadilla, basically. I'm going to tweak the recipe a little bit and show some pictures. Such a good breakfast!
Wishing everybody a good 4th of July ! Any plans? I'm hoping to catch the fireworks at the beach.
