Nestrest

Hey! I need one of these!  Inspired by nature, a Nestrest is perfect for relaxation, meditation and open-air conversations. I would also add to take naps in it or cuddle with a loved one!

Snowball Fight Survival Kit

Today in New Jersey we got about 12 inches of snow, and I'm dying to go outside and play with the snow. How fun is this snowball fight survival kit?  Why is it that hot chocolate is extra good after playing in the snow?

Sequins and Stripes

I love how sequins can make a casual striped T-shirt or hoodie look so chic.

Matchbook Mag

After anxiously waiting for this for quite some time, today is the launch of Matchbook Magazine, a monthly online publication celebrating the classics -shaken and stirred. Founded by Katie Armour (author of one of my favorite blogs: The Neo Traditionalist) and Jane Lilly Warren, this magazine sounds like a dream come true!

One-Pan Skillet Cookie

I know what I'm baking this week: A One Pan Dark Chocolate Chunk Skillet Cookie!
I didn't even know that something like this existed, but this recipe is perfect for me because:
a. it has few ingredients,
b. it doesn't take long to be ready to eat and
c. it involves dark chocolate chunks and vanilla ice cream.
It's a winner.

Being awesome

I love this quote. And I try to look at it as often as possible. It's great advice, don't you think?

Leopard Print Fever

After a long weekend filled with Manhattan window-shopping, the most delicious pizza and Golden Globes, I find myself obsessing over this:

I love leopard print. No, I really love leopard print. Betty's skirt got my heart beating a little bit faster. So chic!
Also, in my wish list: a leopard belt and a leopard cape.

Glowing forests

This is magical and almost surreal: using a low speed shutter to capture the fluorescent firefly trails!

Parisian Chic

Ines de la Fressange's new book "Parisian Chic" (or La Pariesenne") is full of beautiful images of outfits featuring Ines' daughter, Nine,  and tips on how to nail that coveted Parisian style.
Already published in France, the book will be available in United States in April and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Ballerina La Scala

Oh! I adore these ballet slippers designed by Tod's and inspired by the dancers at Milan's Opera House La Scala. I love the bright yellow one. And the pink, and blue and green. I want them all.
