I've been eating very healthy lately, so I feel I deserve some kind of prize. I found this recipe for Chocolate & Salted Butter Caramel Macarons, and it has my name all over it. I've never make caramel before and I find a little intimidating, but I'm up for the challenge and I will be reporting the final result.
On a different note, I just watched "The King's Speech" and I loved it. Hope everyone had a lovely Mother's Day Weekend!
