Have you heard about "The Internet Sends Me Cake "? It's a very fun project created by talented illustrator Jessica Hische. Basically, if you send her a cake (or a pie or pastries, etc) she will post a link with your work. So, I'm sending her my delicious ricotta lemon cookies. I didn't come up with the recipe, but I love these cookies so much.
