Stay Healthy, Guys!

This was my super delicious breakfast this morning. And it can be ready in, literally, less than 1 minute (plus, the 2.32 minutes it took me to devour it). So, no excuses like "I don't have time to have breakfast".



Ok. So you need Vanilla and Almond Special K, sliced almonds and chunks of dark chocolate.

Then, you add sliced strawberrys (Be sure to wash them!)


And finally, add vanilla soy latte (my favorite). And voila!

You have a fast and yummy breakfast!

Later on, I snack on this:


Pumpkin seeds, dried papaya and vanilla yogurt covered raisins.
So tasty!
