more web design

I love this website The Dollar Dreadful, dedicated to publish short stories about mistery, adventures and more. The layout of the site is brilliant.

I'm still trying to find out who did the design. Any clues?

WIEN chair

Very elegant chair designed by industrial designer Björn Dahlström.
With its functionality and sleek lines, it's a good example of scandinavian design.

I see numbers everywhere...

These pics were part of a experimental project in design school; we were asked to shot an specific theme. Of course, I picked numbers. Why? I don't know, they just fascinate me.

finally here

Anyone interested in design and decoration is thrilled to finally see this book on sale...I don't have my copy yet, though. Shame on me...

This one will not sink

I found this crystal ship-shaped chandelier on firstdibs, and I think it's pretty amazing. It's french, circa 1930. The antique dealer, Carlos de la Fuente carries some very interesting pieces. His whole inventory here.

piccolo esperimento

Trying to create a single image from multiple shots in Paris. It's harder than it looks, but it's fun to try.

Dink-Ink

A pen turned knife?
This is Dink-ink , award-winning design by andrea cingoli + paolo emilio bellisario + cristian cellini + francesca fontana from Italy. It's made from renewable resources, it's 100% biodegradable and it's genius.
As seen in designboom.

my favorite web designer...

...is Tara Sinn. Her websites are just too cool, and I just keep looking at them over and over again. She is, in fact, my inspiration and the main reason I decided to become a web designer.
More of her fascinating work here.
Shown above: the home page for Nama Rococo wallpaper studio, designed by Tara Sinn.
